Social media is a great way to increase awareness of your research, engage with your peers and develop professional connections.
Consider using social media to promote your latest publications. When you mention your publications in social media, link using the DOI so that you can track your mentions using altmetrics.
It's better to spend a few minutes a day on social media rather than an hour or two once a month.
